Mr. Michael Wade Keener, age 63, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the local hospital. Michael was born October 27, 1952, in Margretsville, New York a son to the late William and Myrtle Franks Keener. He is also preceded by a sister Linda Keener.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Keener of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Terry Warnix of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters in law; Gary and Charlotte Keener of Chatsworth, GA, Larry Keener formerly of Chatsworth, GA. He also is survived by 2 grandchildren; Jake and Jenna Warnix of Dalton, GA.

Memorial Services will be held 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016, at

Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church with Jerry Tatum officiating.
