Mrs. Mcnesa Rose Underwood age 73 of Dalton, GA, departed this life Thursday October 15, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 19, 1947 in Madisonville, TN a daughter of the late James Cary and Dorothy Strickland Kirkland. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Donna Kirkland.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Underwood of the residence; stepson, Troy Underwood of Virginia; stepdaughter, Alisha and Matthew Hagerman of West Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law, Billy Kirklandof Madisonville, TN, James and Brenda Kirkland of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Charles and Rhonda Kirkland of Madisonville, TN; Donnie Kirkland of Madisonville, TN.

At her wishes she will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
