Mrs. Mary "Ann" Stafford, age 72, of Chatsworth, GA, departed this life, Tuesday April 11, 2017 at Chatsworth Health Care. Ann was born April 20, 1944 in Chatsworth, GA, the daughter of the late Lester Baggett and Aileen Wilbanks Baggett. Ann was also preceded in death by her husband, Benny Stafford; brothers, Jack Baggett, Gene Baggett, L.D Baggett, Harold Baggett; sisters, Lois Davis, Geraldine Sanford. Ann was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church. Ann along with her husband owned and operated Short Cuts Samples.

Mrs. Mary "Ann" Stafford is survived by her children, Kay ( Donny) Gray , Mitchell (Tonya) Stafford both of Chatsworth, GA; sisters, Carolyn Forrest and Evelyn Crump of Chatsworth, GA; grandchildren, Derek Gray, Montana Gray, Shaley Stafford, Lauren Stafford; great-grandson, Carter Gray.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Mary "Ann" Stafford will be held, Friday April 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend George Ross officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday April 13, 2017 at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Inurnment will take place Monday April 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens.
