Mrs. Marilyn M. Chambers, age 50 of Dalton, GA., departed this life on Thursday May 14, 2015 at Hamilton Medical Center. Marilyn was born August 11, 1964 to the late Raymond Chambers and Dollie Sexton Chambers. Marilyn was also preceded in death by her husband John Henry Chastain, sister; Barbara Crowden, brothers and sister-in-law; Paul and Joyce Chambers, Harold Chambers, and brother-in-law, Warren Branuim.

Mrs. Marilyn M. Chambers is survived by her sisters, Janice Branium, Ethel Hickes, brothers, David and Teresa Chambers, Clifford and Carol Chambers and John and Brenda Chambers, sister-in-law, Patsy Chambers and brother-in-law, Don Crowden. Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

The service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Marilyn M. Chambers, will be held Tuesday May 19, 2015 at 2:00 pm from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Cliff Chambers officiating. Interment will follow at Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday May 18, 2015 from 5:00 until 9:00 pm.
