Mrs. Marie Parker, age 93, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the local hospital. She was born April 14, 1921 in Aberdeen, Mississippi, daughter of the late Thomas and Florance Moore. She was also preceded in death by husband, William Edgar Parker, sons, Johnny Edward Parker Jr., Clyde Parker, Charles Edward Parker, William Parker Jr., Bobby Parker.

She is survived by her daughters, Christine Lane, Bonnie Lecory of Chatsworth, GA; son, Thomas Nathan Parker; grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Marie Parker will be held Thursday July 3, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. from the Eton Cemetery with Pastor Roger Briggs officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
