Ms. Margie Ann Wheat, age 74 of Rocky Face, Georgia, departed this life Sunday October 2, 2022, at her residence. She was born May 31, 1948, in Jacksonville, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Camp, mother, Doris Thedford, and a brother, Bobby Allen.

She touched many lives as a foster parent and a caregiver. She loved all animals especially her pugs. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie Langley Jr. and Jan Mashburn, Robbie Wheat and Imelda Vann of Dalton, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Stephen Rohn of Chattanooga, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Richard Langley of Dalton, GA; lifelong friend, Ronnie Langley Sr. of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Brent Langley of Dalton, GA, Lexi Harris of Chattanooga, TN, Megan Rohn of Atlanta, GA; nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Margie Ann Wheat will be held Thursday October 6, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
