Mr. Manuel Ell Gene Young, age 30, of Ranger, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, April 21, 2016. Manuel was born February 5, 1986 in Jasper, Georgia.

He is survived by his son, Hayden Matthew Young and the mother of his son, Dana Miller; parents, Ed and Faye Young; brother, Marshall Young; sisters and brothers-in-law, Michelle and Victor Jimenez, Markelle and Josh Soles; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles all of Ranger, Georgia.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Manuel Young will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Fairmount Chapel with Reverend Bobby Timms officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Mountain Cemetery in Pickens County, Georgia, with Jeremy Lacey, Luis Palacios, Jose Barron, Arturo Barron, Victor Jimenez and Josh Soles serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Ponders Fairmount Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the family.
