Mrs. Lyndia King Hollingsworth, age 68, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life, Sunday October 18, 2015 at the Murray Medical Center. Lyndia was born April 12, 1947 in Dalton, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl King.
She is survived by her husband of fifty two years, Paul Robert Hollingsworth of the residence; mother, Margariette King; brother and sister-in-law, David and Diane King of Chatsworth, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Phil Brackett of Dalton, GA; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Morris and Jane Hollingsworth of Gainesville, GA, Ann and Chris Chrisonhon of Tennessee; nieces and nephews.
Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lyndia King Hollingsworth will be held Wednesday October 21, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Travis Martin and Reverend Jimmy Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in the Dawnville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.
