Loretta Lynn Tinsley Woody, 51, of White, Georgia, departed this life suddenly, Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, Georgia.

Loretta was born in Jasper, Georgia on July 23, 1968.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Tate Eugene Tinsley and Helen Ruth Padgett Wilson.

She is survived by her husband, Travis Woody of the home; sons and daughter-in-law, Devin Wayne Woody, Dillion Wayne and Montana Woody; sister and brother-in-law, Gearldine and Steven Parker all of White; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Jan Tinsley of Missouri; grandchildren, Elijay and Jeremy Whittier; nieces and nephews, Cody, Andrew, and Ethan Parker, Dustin, Brandon, and Austin Abernathy, Brandie Childers, Joshua Pinion, Jacqulin West, Terri and Shaunda Tinsley, and Johnathan Henderson.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Loretta Woody will be on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from the graveside at Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Marble Hill, Georgia.  Reverend Randall Childers will officiate.  Cody Parker, Andrew Parker, Alex Turner, Brandon Abernathy, Austin Abernathy, Dustin Abernathy, Ernesto Castillo, and Sean Whittier will all be honored to serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 11:00 AM until the 12:00 Noon service at the graveside.
