Wyatt Gary Gibson, January 29- 2016 - - July 16 - - 2021 passed away at Erlanger due to Covid Complications. He is survived by his father, Wes Gibson, his mother Alexis Gibson, a sister, Alyssa Gibson of Calhoun, Ga. A maternal grandmother, Andrea Mitchell also of Calhoun. Paternal grandparents, Gary & Pamela Gibson of Cohutta, numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and many, many special friends.

Wyatt, at 5 years old was a happy, loving, exuberant little boy who could also become very quiet with a calm demeanor. He loved to draw and write. He could also build things by looking at a picture, or a scene in a movie. He also loved puzzles. Playing outside, he played like a child running wild. But, was always just as happy doing his chores or playing with the animals. Always asking if he could help. He was very gentle with his little sister. Not wanting to break her like an egg. He and his horse named Cupid were best friends. He would stand for a long time grooming him, then putting Cupid to work. He never met a stranger who he didn't make smile. He liked to play with his bicycle and loved to drive his jeep and follow his mommy around as she mowed.

He was a bright, burning light. His family hurting, still in shock and disbelief, ever moving forward in their grief. He is gone, but all the good memories carry on. And there were many, many more of those.

Wyatt's family asks that in lieu of flowers, you either plant a tree in honor of Wyatt, or donate. Wyatt absolutely loved flowers, but it broke his beautiful heart to watch them die after they were picked. In lieu of funeral services, Wyatt's family will having a Celebration of Life at a later date.
