Mrs. Linda Head West, age 71, of Calhoun, GA and formerly of Dalton, GA, departed this life on Friday March 13, 2015 at her home. Linda was born on March 16, 1943 to the late Tom and Polly Head. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. West and brother, Carl T. Head.

Mrs. Linda Head West is survived by her children, Erik Douglas Langford and Bobby Riddle of Atlanta, GA, Jeff and Kathy Langford of Varnell, GA., Tim and Audry Langford of Calhoun, GA, Darlene and James Bearden of Varnell, GA, grand-children, Brandon and Alana Langford of Dalton, GA., Heather and Jarred Fielden and baby Sarah of Tampa, FL., Taylor Langford of Calhoun, GA., Emily Bearden and Ethan Langford of Varnell, GA., and sister Mary Jane Willis of Cleveland, TN., niece, Edna Earls and nephew, Ralph Willis both of Cleveland, TN, as well as cousins.

The service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Linda Head West will be held, Monday March 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m from the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home, with Tim Langford and Dr. Walter Hare officiating. The family will receive friends, Sunday March 15, 2015, from 4:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m and from 11:00 a.m until the service hour on Monday. She will be laid to rest at Colonial Hill Memorial Cemetery with Brandon Langford, Taylor Langford, Ethan Langford, Jarred Fielden, Randall Pulliam and Jimmy Miller serving as pallbearers.
