Mrs. Linda Lou Mullins 68, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life on Thursday evening, August 30, 2018 at the local hospital. She was born February 16, 1950 a daughter of the late Murray and Jessie Hood Wallace. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Carl "Dub" Wallace, Danny "Sam" Wallace, Tolbert Wallace, Trent Wallace, Bill Wallace, sister, Dorothy Clark.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Donnie Mullins of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Amy Thomason of Chatsworth, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Kerri and Drew Thomas of Chatsworth, GA, Kim and Steven Armitage of Warner Robins, GA, Stefanie Mullins of Chattanooga, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Phyllis Wallace of Halls, TN, Ed Wallace, Wayne Wallace of Dyersburg, TN, Henry Wallace of Dalton, GA, Elaine Wallace of Dalton, GA; fourteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Linda Lou Mullins will be held Saturday September 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Lewis Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Chris Wallace, Brenin Wallace, Case Mathis, Rodney Ward and Drew Thomas serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
