Linda Sue Bell Goforth, age 74, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, January 17, 2021, at the local hospital. She was born September 23, 1946 in Copperhill, TN, a daughter of the late Harvey and Irene Cavender Bell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Goforth, brothers, James Bell, Bo Bell.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gayle and Brady Girard of Adairsville, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Sandy and Michelle Pritchett of Chatsworth, GA; brothers, David Bell of Dalton, GA, Michael and Carol Bell of Calhoun, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Shelia and Gary Bingham of Dalton, GA; special friend, Leah Wells of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Joshua and Susan Lawrence, Arielle and Cody Brown, Mariah and Dakota Grogan, Cory and Alysa Pritchett, Hayden Pritchett; great grandchildren, Noah, Nora Jo, Henry, Silas, Austin; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held Monday January 25, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens at the Celebration Mausoleum Pavilion with Dakota Grogan officiating.

Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
