Mrs. Lillie Frances Parr, age 67, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday evening, February 4, 2014 at the local hospital. Lillie was born October 22, 1946 in Blue Ridge, Georgia, a daughter of the late Bill and Velvie Lewis White. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Grover Parr, brothers, Clarence and Wendell White.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Christina Parr; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Stephen Carroll of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Annie White of Atlanta, GA, Junior and Pauline White, Kimsey and Lula White of Blue Ridge, GA; sisters, Geraldine White of Ellijay, GA, Helen Gibbs of Blue Ridge, GA; special friends, Debbie Crowley, Erika Taylor, Matthew Price, Tiffany Newberry, Amanda Elkins; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lillie Fances Parr will be held Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Ponders Melrose Drive with Reverend Ronald Guffey and Kevin Walker officiating. She will be laid to rest at the West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
