Ms. Lillie Mae Lawson, age 82, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at her home. Lillie was born January 29, 1932 in Atlanta, Georgia, a daughter of the late Alan B. and Rosie Couch Ridley. She was a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Rena Lawson who died March 30, 1993.

She is survived by her sons, Jackie and Karen Lawson, Glenn Lawson; granddaughter, Hannah Lawson all of Chatsworth, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Taylorsville, Georgia, with Reverend Jeff Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 10:30 a.m. Saturday until the service hour.
