Obituary
Mrs. Leyda M. Miranda, age 61, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Emory Hospital. She was born November 11, 1959, in Panama City, Panama, a daughter of Albert Edward Meade and Lilia Clarke Reid. She was preceded in death by her brother, Luis Reid.
She is survived by her husband, Francisco Santos; son, Joshua Santos of Dalton, GA; daughter, Yamilette Miranda of Port St. Lucie, FL; brothers, Roberto Reid, Hector Reid.
Service to celebrate the life of Leyda will be held Saturday January 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel.
The family will receive friends Saturday January 9, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. till the service hour at 1:00 p.m.
Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
