Mr. Lewis Allen Talley, age 68, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Quinton Memorial Health Care. Lewis was born March 16, 1945 in Dalton, Georgia, a son of the late Martin and Ethel Mae Hayes Talley.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Collins Talley; sons and daughters-in-law, Bryan and Shannon Talley, Jeff and Hannah Talley; grandchildren, Triston Ledford, Alyssa Talley, Brett Talley, Tyler Bowen Talley all of Dalton, GA.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Lewis Allen Talley will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Marty Greene officiating. He will be laid to rest West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday.
