Mr. Levi Kelley, age 16, of Dalton, GA, departed this life, Thursday December 31, 2015. Levi was born May 28, 1999 in East Ridge, Tennessee.
Levi was preceded in death by his grandfather John Neal. Levi was a junior
at Southeast High School where he lettered in wrestling. He also attended the Career Academy. Levi was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a "great" big brother with an amazing heart and a great friend to all that knew him.
Levi is survived by his mother, Cerise Batross of Dalton, GA; brother, Tristan Kelley, sister, Amira Batross both of Dalton, GA; grandparents, Melonie Burrows and Jim Parker of Jasper, TN; Jerry and Peggy Goins of Rossville, GA; great grandparents, Joy and Lola Burrows of Rossville, GA, Shirley Anderson and Ed Goins both of Chickamauga, GA ; great aunts, Denise Dunagan of Rossville, GA, Beverly and Wayne Weathers of Ringgold, GA, Teresa Goins of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, Leanne Goins of Ringgold, GA, and Donna Goins of Rossville, GA; special friends, Julie, Courtney and David Self.
Services to celebrate the life of Levi Kelley will be held Monday, January 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Brian Branam officiating. He will be laid to rest at Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 10:00 a.m. Monday until the service hour.
