Mr. Leroy Mulkey age 71, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the local hospital. He was born December 29, 1949 in Dalton, GA, a son of the late Willard and Elzie Woody Mulkey. He was also preceded in death by his son Dewayne Mulkey, brothers, Charles Mulkey, James Mulkey, sister, Annie Lee Stone, Geneva Pace.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Gibson Mulkey of the residence; children, Linda Pritchett, Tommy Biddy, Destiny and Jonathan Catlett all of Dalton, GA; sister, Birtie Hayes of Chatsworth, GA; grandchildren, Danielle Hicks, DJ Mulkey, Hunter Mulkey, Lexus Pritchett, several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Leroy Mulkey will be held Saturday December 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. from the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Reverend Tim Sanford, Reverend Ryan Sanford and Reverend Larry Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday December 18, 2021.
