Mrs. Lena "Elizabeth" McClure, age 85, of Tunnel Hill, GA, departed this life, Sunday January 29, 2017. Elizabeth was born, January 23, 1932 in Blairsville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Berry Seabolt and Ulma Bertha Coker Seabolt. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bud" Arnold McClure, he was the love of her life for 63 years. Elizabeth was also preceded in death by her brother, Junior Seabolt; sisters, Betty Jo Gregg and Sara Lou Hammontree.

Mrs. Lena "Elizabeth" McClure is survived by her children; Larry and Brenda McClure of Tunnel Hill, GA, Steve and Jean McClure of Ringgold, GA, David and Linda McClure of Tunnel Hill, GA; Mary and Eugene Finley of Dalton, GA, Carolyn and Larry Owen of Tunnel Hill, GA, Regina Rutledge of Tunnel Hill, GA and Rebecca Crider of Ringgold, GA. She is also survived by many of her loving grandchildren; twenty-six grandchildren, thirty- four great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lena "Elizabeth" McClure will be held, Wednesday February 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m., from Ponders Melrose Chapel, with the Rev. Reagan Marsh and Rev Vann Smith officiating.

Burial will follow the service at Dogwood Valley Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends, Tuesday January 31, 2017 from Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
