Mr. Lee Roy Anglin, age 79, of Fairmount, Georgia, departed this life Monday, September 12, 2022 at his home. He was born June 24, 1943 in Woodstock, Georgia, a son of the late Jim and Lena Ingram Anglin. He was also preceded in death by his wife Edna Anglin, stepson Tommy Easterwood, grandson, Patrick Kyle Davis, brothers, Jimmy Anglin, Raymond Anglin, John Anglin, sister Dorothy Bell Anglin.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, David and Jessica Anglin of Villa Rica, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Nina and Pete Sziber of Kentucky, Angela Davis of Cartersville, GA, Princess Ann Anglin of Acworth, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Elaine Anglin of Rydal, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dolly and Marcey Smallwood, Nancy and Creed Bodiford of Hinton, GA, Marie Glover Cartersville, GA, Lois Calderini of Adairsville, GA, Marzel Kindred of Savannah, GA; special nephew and caregiver, Timmy Anglin; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Lee Roy Anglin will be held Friday September 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Fairmount Chapel with Reverend Mark Owens officiating. Interment will follow in the Johnson Cemetery with his nephews and brothers-in-laws serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.
