Mr. Larry Carlton "Hawk" Hurley , age 65, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia.

Hawk was born July 10, 1957 in Dalton, Georgia, a son of the late George E. Hurley and Jeanette Sharp Hurley.  He was also preceded in death by a sister Vicky Lynn Stephens and his paternal grandparents, James Edward and Lou Ella Snow Hurley.

He is survived by his companion, Mandy Ponders and her children, Ava Winter and Madison Winter all of Chatsworth, GA; son, Larry Hurley of Calhoun, GA; daughter, Shonna Hurley of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Bailey Hurley, Bryson Buff, Taylor Stephens and Dakota Chalker; brother-in-law, Billy Stephens of Dalton, GA; uncles, Kenneth Hurley of Warner Robbins, GA, Jerry Hurley of Calhoun, GA; aunts, Barbara Griffin of CA, and Roselle Caylor of Rocky Face, GA; several grandchildren.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later time.
