Mrs. Karen Lynn 'Kaybo' Gray, age 61, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, December 4, 2022 at the Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born June 3, 1961 in Chatsworth, GA, a daughter of the late Benny Hayes and Mary Ann Baggett Stafford. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Lester and Aileen Wilbanks Baggett, Glen and Virginia Stafford.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Donny Gray of the residence; sons, Derek and Stephaine Gray of Calhoun, GA, Montana and Levi Gray of Chattanooga, TN; grandson, Carter Gray of Calhoun, GA; brother, Mitchell Stafford; nieces, Shaley Stafford, Lauren Stafford; aunts and uncles, Carolyn Forrest, Evelyn Crump of Chatsworth, GA, Kathy Stafford of Lula, GA, Hilton and Debbie Stafford of Gainesville, GA.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Karen Lynn 'Kaybo' Gray will be held Thursday December 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Andrew Bowen and Reverend Scott Parrish officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. She will be laid to rest beside her parents at the Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens.
