Ms. Judy Paulette Stafford, age 51, of Cohutta, GA., departed this life, Wednesday March 18, 2015 at her residence. Judy was born December 1, 1963 in Dalton, GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest C. Bethune, brother, Donald Lamar Thornton, Lora Donna Thornton.

She is survived by her mother, Catherine Bridges Thornton; brothers, Jimmy Paul Bethune, Charles Gary Thornton of Dalton, GA; sister, Gail Florence Williams of Resaca, GA.

Services to celebrate the life of Ms. Judy Paulette Stafford will be held Saturday March 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Pastor Hugh Burdette officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
