Ms. Juanita Jane Sneed age 74, of Dalton, Georgia departed this life Tuesday August 6, 2019 at the local hospital. She was born July 10, 1945 in Dalton, GA a daughter of the late RL and Alma Williams Moore. She was also preceded in death by her companion, James "Les" Davenport

She is survived by her aunts, Lula Mae Arnold, Phyllis Williams, Carol Williams of Dalton, GA; step daughter, Joy Sneed of Dalton, GA; Godsons, Belton Johnson of Regina, Canada, Marcus Johnson of Starkville, MS, special friends, Wanda Pritchett, David and Karen Jolly, Pat and Silvia McCoy, Bob and Jennell Lemons, Chuck and Debra Harris, Gene and Claudia Miller, Judy and John Hitchens all of Dalton, GA, Glenda Johnson of Grenada, MS; and many cousins and friends.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Juanita Jane Sneed will be held Thurday August 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Christ Community Church with Chuck Harris officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow in the Celebration Mausoleum at Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
