Mr. Joseph D. Kramer, age 94, of Hixson, Tennessee, departed this life Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Life Care Center of Hixson. He was born April 5, 1929 in Chicago, IL, a son of the late Morris and Ray Kramer. He was also preceded in death by his wife Marion Slavin Kramer, brother, Gerald Kramer, sister, Riva Lewis.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Stuart and Diane Kramer of Chattanooga, TN, Michael and Amy Kramer of Chicago, IL; nieces, Sharna Fetman, Marlene Marks of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Ben Kramer, Isaac Kramer, Zachary Kramer, Jacob Kramer, Tali Kramer.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakewood Memory Gardens East 4621 Shallowford Rd Chattanooga, TN 37411 with Rabbi Shaul Perlstein.
