Mr. Joseph Dillon Howell, age 23, of Waleska, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in Cherokee County from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Dillon was born June 21, 1991 in Marietta, Georgia.

He is survived by his father, Lee Timms of Waleska, GA; mother, Dianna Howell of Blairsville, GA; stepmother, Allyson Timms of West Palm Beach, FL; fiance, Julia Quarles of Waleska, GA; brothers, James, John; sisters, Heather, Sarah, Emma; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Joseph Dillon Howell will be held Friday November 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Fairmount Chapel. Interment will follow in the Black Knob Baptist Church Cemetery in Pickens County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday.
