Mr. Jose Luis Valdovinos, age 73, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday, December 9, 2016 at the local hospital. Jose was born June 16, 1943 in Mexico, a son of the late Jose and Herlinda Valdovinos. He was also preceded in death by his son, Alejandro Valdovinus.

He is survived by his wife, Maria de-Jesus Flores Sanches; children, Jose Valdovinos, Leticia Valdovinos, Fernando Valdovinos, Anastacio Valdovinos, Alma Rosa Valdovinos, Araceli Valdovinos, Antonio Valdovinos, Heriberto Valdovinos; brother, Jesus Valdovinos; sisters, Herlinda Valdovinos, Joaquin Valdovinos; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday December 13, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. from the St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Duvan Gonzales officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday.
