Mr. Jonathan Lynn Revels age 50 of Dalton, GA, departed this life Tuesday July 20, 2021. Jonathan was born April 11, 1971 in Detroit Michigan, the son of the late, Dewitt Revels and Glenda Souther Revels Rackley. He was also preceded in death by his son, Corey Revels. Jonathan was employed at the Rocky Face Waffle House.

Jonathan is survived by his daughter, Amber Revels of Dalton, GA; brother, Glenn and Debbie Broome of Signal Mountain, TN; step-brother, Drennon Rackley of Dalton, GA; grandson, Kylan Moore. nephew, Jake Rackley, Zack Broome; great-nephews, Drennon and Gannon Rackley.

Service to celebrate the life of Jonathan will be held Sunday August 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel.

The family will receive friends Sunday August 1, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  at Ponders Melrose Chapel.
