Mr. Jessie Anthony Dills, age 69 of Dalton, Georgia departed this life Thursday, November10, 2022 at a local hospital. He was born November 2, 1953 in High Point, NC a son of the late David Roy and Minnie Holden Dills. He was also preceded in death by his brother Andrew Dills.

He is survived by his companion of 30 years, Martha Higgins; stepson, James Oscar and Rebecca Higgins of Dalton, GA.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jessie Anthony Dills will be held Tuesday November 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery and Mausoleum.
