Mr. Jerry C. Roe, age 69, of Tunnel Hill, GA, departed this world, Saturday February 6, 2016 at his residence. Jerry was born June 4, 1946 in Chatsworth, GA, a son of the late Claude and Pearl Osborne Roe. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Margaret A. Roe, brothers, Charles, Fred, Dennis, and Terry Roe, sisters, Edna Roe, Claudell McWhorter.

He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Johnny Kiser of Dalton, GA, Michelle and Mike Baker of Rocky Face, GA, Lisa and Noble Blackerby of Tunnel Hill, GA; step daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Fletcher McNabb of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Brittany and JC Davenport, Brandi Roe, Jessica Maynor, Tiffany and Micah Warren, Alex Easterley, Justin Short, step grandchildren, Tracy and Michael Bowen, Bud and Ashley McNabb, Ricky and Kacie McNabb, great grandchildren, Waylon Davenport, Marley Roe, Aiden, Ethan and Isabella Maynor; step great grandchildren, Dakota and Tucker Bowen, Jace McNabb; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Bobby Joe Pierce of Tennga, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jerry C. Roe will be held Monday February 8, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Curt Thomason and Chaplin Craig Miles officiating. Interment will follow in the Eton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday.
