Mrs. Jerri Holly Robertson, age 49, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her residence. Holly was born August 12, 1966 in Dalton, Georgia, a daughter of the late Jerry Lamar and Veronica MacConkey Crider. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Connie Crider Beal and her father-in-law, Henry Horton Robertson.
Holly was a 1984 graduate of Ringgold High School. She received her R.N. degree from Dalton State College. She worked several years at Southeastern Freight Company and many years in the labor and delivery at Hamilton Medical Center and at Gordon Hospital. Holly was a very caring and loving person.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff Robertson; son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Ariel "Jade" Robertson; daughter, Meagan Leann Robertson and her fiance, Howell Jordan; grandson, Haygen Cummings; sister, Tammy Crider; brother-in-law, Charles Beal; nieces, Stephanie Kinsey and Stephanie Smith; nephews, Jerry Beal and Chris Smith; mother-in-law, Carolyn Robertson; sisters-in-law, Phyllis Smith, Beverly Poarch, Kathy Henson and Angie Robertson; aunt, Debbie Montgomery Roberts; special friend, Kim Jones; several great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends.
Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Jerri Holly Robertson will be held Sunday, October 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Clifford Chambers officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Robertson Family Cemetery with Jerry Beal, Howell Jordan, Darrell Poarch, William Hall, Chris Smith, Jeremy Layman, Eddie Henson and Claude Belle serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Saturday and after 11:00 a.m. Sunday until the service hour.
