Mr. Jeffrey Wildes Monk, age 44, of Tunnel Hill, GA, departed this life Tuesday May 29, 2018 at his residence. He was born April 28, 1974 in Austell, GA. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Monk Sr.

He is survived by his daughter, Landry Monk; mother, Anne Monk of Tunnel Hill, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Ben Monk Jr. and Dinah Monk of Lilburn, GA, Seth Monk of Tunnel Hill, GA; niece, Georgia Monk of Lilburn, GA.

Memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jeffrey Wildes Monk will be held Friday June 1, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. from the Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Jay Tenney officiating. The family will receive friends at the fellowship hall at the church from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
