Mr. James Dennis Teasley, age, 66, of Resaca, Georgia departed this life, Saturday morning, January 14, 2023, at his home.

Dennis was born December 9, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a son of James Walter and Wanda Lee Strickland Teasley.  He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Arnold Benny Coleman, David Allen Teasley and Floyd Michael Teasley.  Dennis was a 1974 graduate of Harriman High School in Harriman, Tennessee.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Tommie Teasley of the residence; children, Dustin Teasley of Lafayette, GA; daughters, Lisa Lynn and Timothy Sharp of Lafayette, GA, and Randi Michelle Tommie of Calhoun, GA; brother, Kenneth Anderson Coleman of Calhoun, GA; mother-in-law, Bobbie Jean Tommie of Calhoun, GA; aunt, Barbara Herron of Trenton, OH; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. James Dennis Teasley will be held Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Reverend Denny Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends at Ponders Calhoun Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 11:00 a.m. Thursday until the service hour.
