Mr. James Lamar Masters, age 44, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, January 31, 2021, at his home. He was born September 15, 1976 in Dalton, GA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ellen Withrow.

He is survived by his father, James Paul Masters of Dalton, GA; children, Blake Masters, Taylor Masters of Dalton, GA, Morgan Masters, Macey Masters of Tunnel Hill, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Randy Muse of Tunnel Hill, GA; nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. James Lamar Masters will held Thursday February 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. Interment will follow in the Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
