Mr. James Michael Knight, age 61, of Resaca, GA, departed this life, Thursday April 20, 2017. James was born May 6, 1955, the son of the late Charlie Knight and Eula Hunt Knight. James was also preceded in death by his great-grandson, Chase Anderson; brothers, Leroy knight; sister, Paula Knight. James was veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. James Michael Knight is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Dondi Anderson of Resaca, GA; brothers, Leroy Knight, Jack Knight, Billy Knight, Charlie Ray Knight; sisters, Bonnie Knight, Mary Knight, Loretta Knight, Paula Knight; grandchildren, Daniel, Ashley and Vincent; nephew and his wife, Anthony and Jessica Knight.
Memorial service to honor the life of Mr. James Michael Knight, will be held Sunday April 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Brother George Cross officiating. Military honors will be entrusted to American Legion Post 112.
