Mr. James "Cuffy" Waco Stinson, age 66, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his residence. He was born August 19, 1955 in Dalton, GA a son of the late Harlin and Betty Manis Stinson. He was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Bonnie Sauceman, great aunt and uncle, Odessa and Waco "Dub" Smith, sister, Penny Jones.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Kaila Stinson; granddaughter, Rylee Jane Stinson of Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Martha Stinson of Dalton, GA; sisters and brother-in-law, Connie McMahan, Peggy Stinson of Dalton, GA, Tona and Bob Rivers of Madison, AL; several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. James "Cuffy" Waco Stinson will be held Monday October 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Tony Helton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
