Mr. Jackie Clinton "Jack" Huffman, age 74, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday morning August 30, 2023 at AdventHealth Gordon, in Calhoun, Georgia.

Jackie was born January 14, 1949, in Dalton, Georgia, a son of the late James Samuel and Clara Ruth Hooker Huffman. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Walls Huffman, a brother, Bobby Huffman, sisters and brother-in-law, Wilma M. Hall, Clara "Truda" and Robert Floyd.

He is survived by his sons, Eric Huffman and Scott Huffman both of Orlando, FL; sisters and brother-in-law, Mildred Lee of Chatsworth, GA, and Polly and Howard Ridley of Dalton, GA; his little faithful companion, Chihuahua-terrier, June Bug; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jackie Clinton Huffman will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Jeff Johnson, and Reverend Chad Windom officiating.  He will be laid to rest with his family at Mt. Herman (Ball Ground) Cemetery in Murray County, Georgia, with Eric Bunch, Michael Lee, Zachary "Hunter" Hamilton, Michael Cronnon, Ronnie Parrish and Richard Morrow honored to serve as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday and after 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the service hour.
