Mr. Jack Marshall Taylor, age 80, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, departed this life Sunday evening, July 30, 2023, from injuries sustained in a automobile-pedestrian accident.

Jack was born December 9, 1942, in Michigan.

Jack proudly served his country in the U.S. AirForce. He was a retired truck driver.  Jack was a jokester, loved to make people laugh and would give his last dime to anyone in need.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Melody Ann Gorsuch Taylor who died, August 3, 2017, and a son Jack Marshall Taylor, II.

He is survived by his son, Jason Taylor of Chattanooga, TN; daughter, Stella Hicks (Rex) of Port Charlotte, FL; grandson, Kodey M. Taylor of Chattanooga, TN; sister, Charlene Miller of Ohio; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
