Mrs. Irene Mary Johnson, age 81, of Rocky Face, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Dalton Place. Irene was born February 24, 1933 in Racine, Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Francis and Mary Mihel Kougl. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Truman Johnson, brothers, Frank and John Kougl.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Josef and Nicki Johnson of Weirsville, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Rose and Stan Segars of Clearwater, FL, Pat and Kim Keffer of Largo, FL, Debby and Rick Edmonsond of Rocky Face, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Cathy Kougl of West Bend WI; sister, Hattie Cushinery of Milwaukee, WI; ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Irene Mary Johnson will be held Tuesday October 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church in Citrus Springs, FL. The family will receive friends at the Fero Funeral Home in Beverly Hills, FL, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday October 13, 2014. Graveside service will be held Tuesday October 14, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. from the Bushnell National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Amedisys Hospice 1510 North Thornton Ave Dalton, GA 30720.
