Mr. Hugh Jim Hall, age 52, of Aberdeen, Ohio, and formerly of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Kentucky. Hugh was born May 6, 1961 in Chatsworth, Georgia, a son of the late Hugh and Lois Hall. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Danny Hall. Hugh was a graduate of Murray County High School and worked atEmerson Power Transmission where he had worked for over thirty years.

He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Nathan Hall of Morehead, KY, Derek and Erin Hall; granddaughter, Ella Hall all of Lexington, KY; loving companion, Mollie Hall of Aderdeen, OH; sisters and brother-in-law, Judy and Douglas Quinn of Ooltewah, TN; Lynn Hall of Chatsworth, GA; nephew, Scott Quinn; uncle, Marvin Quarles; aunts, Flo Morgan, Willie Mae Quarles, Betty Robinson and Ruth Steelman all of Chatsworth, GA; several cousins.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Hugh Jim Hall will be held Tuesday morning, November 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel. He will be laid to rest with his family at the Eton Cemetery in Murray County, Georgia, with Ben Rankin, Tim Tankersley, David Tankersley, Jerry Watson, Roy Chambers and Craig Holcomb serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
