Mrs. Hermila Aldaba Salaises, age 55, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the local hospital surrounded by her loving family. Hermila was born October 25, 1961 in Zacatecas, Mexico, a daughter of the late Susana Aguilar Aldaba.

She is survived by her loving husband, Roberto Salaises of the residence; sons and daughters in law; Ricardo and Maria Salaises of Dalton, GA, Alejandro and Betty Salaises of Dalton, GA, Jose Salaises of Cleburne, TX, Roberto Salaises of Dalton,GA, daughters and sons in law; Adriana and Humberto Hernandez of Dalton, GA, Maria and Humberto Huratado of Cleburne, Tx, Elena and Jose Suarez of Dalton, GA. She is also survived by her father Andres Aldaba and a sister Juana Aldaba, both of Mexico. Hermila had 11 grandchildren

Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Mrs. Hermila Salaises will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the St Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Duvan Gonzales officiating. She will be laid to rest at Whitfield Memorial Gardens with friends and family serving as pall bearers. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home from 1:00 pm to 9:00pm.
