Mr. Henry Alvin "Buster" Ogles, age 70 of Calhoun, GA, departed this life Sunday February 22, 2015 at the Gordon Hospital after a long battle with lung disease. Buster was born January 18, 1945 in Chattanooga, TN. He was preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him, George and Grace Ogles, mother, Dorothy Elizabeth Ogles, two brothers and three sisters. He proudly served in the United States Army. He worked for the Rome News Tribune for thirty eight years.

He is survived by his wife of twenty six years, Rebecca Fulton-Ogles of the residence; ex-wife and friend, Linda Edwards of Rome, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Allison Ogles-Massey and James Massey of Rome, GA, Tiffany Ogles of Armuchee, GA; grandchildren, Timothy Townsend, Britney Nichole Massey, Blake Thomason, Sandra Massey; brothers, Tim Millcan, Larry Millican, Julian Millican all of Rome, GA; special niece and nephew, Michele Ogles of Adairsville, GA, Brandon Ogles of Jacksonville, FL; other nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Henry Alvin "Buster" Ogles will be held Thursday February 26, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. from the Holly Trinity Lutheran Church in Rome, GA with Reverend John Karch officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Family will be 205 Couper St Rome GA if anyone would like to visit.
