Mrs. Hazel Mae Allen Hines, age 71, of Alpharetta, GA, departed this life Friday, January 17, 2020 in Roswell, GA. She was born May 19, 1948 a daughter of the late Harley and Nora Hooker Allen. She is also preceded in death by three sisters.

She is survived by her husband Dr. J. C. Hines of Alpharetta, GA; daughter, Tracie Michell Rampley of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; son and daughter-in-law, John Michael and Holly R. Green of Chatsworth, GA; stepdaughters, Pam and Matt Willis of Augusta, GA, Erika Bagwell of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Jade A. McWhorter, Britton H. Biddle, Alexis H. Brock, Justin Sisk, Carter Green; great grandson, Ayden Rohm; step grandchildren, Luke, Josh, and Isabell Willis, Reed Bagwell; two brothers, four sisters, several nieces and nephews; special pets, Miss Maggie-Mae, Miss Gracie-Lei.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Hazel Mae Allen Hines will be held Monday January 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Lamar Beason officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.
