Mr. Harold "Eddie" Brock , age 58, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Saturday, October 04, 2014 at the local hospital surrounded by his loving family and friends. Eddie was born July 10, 1956 in Dalton, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Brock, brother, Phillip Brock. Eddie was the owner and operator of Brock Trucking. Eddie loved his family and worked hard to support them, working the day he got sick and went to the hospital. Eddie will be truly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of thirty eight years, Pam Brock of the residence; daughter, Destiny Brock of Dalton, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathan and Elizabeth Brock of Tunnel Hill, GA, Chris and Brooke Brock, Andy and Amanda Brock of Dalton, GA; mother, Genella Talley Brock of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Cassi Duncan, Macey Brock, Emily Williams, Adalynn Brock, Case Brock; special friend Kathy Weldon of Ocala, FL; sister-in-law, Lisa and Barry Bromblett of Chatsworth, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Harold "Eddie" Brock will be held Tuesday October 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church with Reverend Ronald Guffey and Reverend Robert Beavers officiating. Interment will follow in the United Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday October 6, 2014
