Mr. Gordon Lee Trollinger Jr., age 87, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Advent Gordon Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Gordon was born March 21, 1938, in Dalton, Georgia, to the late Gordon and Martha Baldwin Trollinger. He was also preceded in death by his brother and sisters, Grady Trollinger, Ann Trollinger, and Betty Trollinger.

He retired from World Carpet after more than 15 years of service in maintenance. In his retirement, Gordon enjoyed camping, working on cars, carpentry, and most of all, spending time with his cherished grandchildren.

He is survived by the love of his life of 71 years, Maudie Trollinger of Chatsworth, GA; his sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Jennifer Trollinger of Chatsworth, GA; Brian Trollinger of Calhoun, GA; and Phillip and Vickey Trollinger of Cedar Bluff, AL. Grandchildren include Stephen Trollinger, Aaron Trollinger, Heather Ingle, and Ashley Staten, all of Chatsworth, GA. Gordon also leaves behind his great-grandchildren: Chandler and Jensen Trollinger, Jonathan Ingle, Karli Allen, Bentley Trollinger, and Anabelle Ingle, all of Chatsworth, GA.

Per Gordon's wishes, he will be cremated..
