Mrs. Geraldine E. Hayes, age 95, of Dalton, GA, passed away Tuesday September 20, 2016 at Regency Park. She was born December 22, 1920 in Chatsworth, GA, a daughter of the late Bunyan and Mae Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Hayes, brother, Ernest Moore.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Yong Hayes of Layton, UT, David and Cathy Hayes, Eddie and Charlene Hayes of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Jonathan Hayes of Brooklyn, NY, Michelle Hayes of Layton, UT, Branden Hayes of Dalton, GA, Brandi Hayes of Minnesota, Derrick Hayes of Dalton, GA; great grandchild, Hazel Hayes of Dalton, GA.

Graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Geraldine E. Hayes will be held Friday September 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. from the West Hill Cemetery with Dr. Danny Cochran officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Friday.
