Mr. Gerald Ronald Allen, age 69, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life, Sunday October 24, 2021 at his home. He was born December 13, 1951 in Detroit, MI.

He was preceded in death by his friend, David Allen.

He is survived by his family of the Carter Hope Center, Chuck Smith, Karah Smith, Sheilah and Tommy Cline, Isaac Jarrett, David Emery, Kathy and Sonny Atkins, Gina Moss, Chanity Brannon, Sherry Owens; daughters, Shanna Powell and Emily Brady; special pets, Precious and Penny.

Memorial service will be held Sunday October 31, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. They will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
