Ms. Georgia Lee Mullinax Silvers, of Ranger, Georgia, departed this life Saturday afternoon, June 7, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 19, 1939 a daughter to the late Wilburn and Brady Mullinax. She was also preceded in death by her husband Gordon Silvers, a daughter Brenda Patterson, brothers; Jim and Bill Mullinax, as well as sisters; Nellibee Long, Barbara Cronan, and Toy Hendrixs.

She is survived by sons and daughter in laws; William and Teresa Silvers of Ranger, GA, Robert and Tina Silvers also of Ranger, GA, Daughters and son in law; Melinda Silvers, Carolyn and Keith Dobson all of Ranger, GA. She is also survived by a sister and brother in law Mildred and Delmar Stone of Ranger, GA. She had eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Services to celebrate the life of Ms. Georgia Lee Silvers will be held Tuesday June 10, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Calhoun Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with Reverend Adrian Craig officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday evening.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to help with funeral expenses.
