Mrs. Geneva Pearl Patterson McCutchen, 97, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Monday Morning, August 24, 2020 at her home.

Mrs. McCutchen was born in Dalton on September 6, 1922.  She was a daughter of the late Glenn Patterson and Ola Pruitt Patterson.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Franklin McCutchen; sons, Lloyd McCutchen, Steve Patterson, and Jerry Lamar McCutchen; daughter, Peggy Roberson; sisters, Irene Bearden and Lorena Parker; and brother, Fred Patterson.

Mrs. McCutchen is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Marie Howard, Judy and Wayne Paige of Dalton; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Carolyn McCutchen of Dawnville; special niece and friend, Mary Bearden of Chatsworth; a number of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

To fulfill her wishes Mrs. McCutchen will be cremated with no public services being held.

Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
